She Moves Within🎧💃😌 A women’s Dance & Sound Journey Rooted in joy, freedom, and feeling good in your body. This is your space to let go, laugh, move, and reconnect with the parts of you that feel most alive. Through a silent headset dance journey, you’ll get to fully drop in — no pressure, no judgment — just pure expression and fun. We’ll flow into a soothing sound bath to ground and restore, with opening and closing circles to connect, and gentle journal integration to capture what lights you up.
