Headphones & Heartbeats™ Sunday, September 27 | 2:00–4:00 PM 📍Rooted Woodland | The Blue Mountains, ON September can be a lot — new routines, big feelings, busy schedules. This is an opportunity to pause as a family. Two hours for youth and the adults in their lives to reconnect through mindfulness, movement and play — guided by Val of Open Circle with Val, Ontario Certified Teacher (20+ years with youth & families). You'll experience: Simple tools and language for emotions, regulation & connection 25 minutes of guided + freestyle movement with silent headphones A connection activity to bring you closer together A take-home practice to keep it going at home A BYO picnic social in the forest to close it out This is a parent/caregiver-led event — no childcare provided, and adults are responsible for supervising their own children throughout. It takes a village to come back to centre. Investment: $45 for 1 adult + 1 child and +$10 per additional child First 10 adult +1 child registrations save with Early Bird pricing of $38 Best suited for ages 4+. Younger siblings are welcome to join the day, though the headphone activity will have to be shared with their group— they're welcome to sit that portion out also. Limited tickets — we only have 50 headsets available. This is an entirely outdoor event — dress for the weather! If rain is in the forecast, you will receive a full refund. Tickets are non-refundable.
